The hotel is located in the center of Bangalore, close to the metro station and near the railway station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The market area is also just a stone's throw away, offering a vibrant atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the rooms, including unchanged pillow covers, and the poor bathroom cleanliness are major drawbacks that need improvement.
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to the railway station, market area, and metro station in the center of Bangalore. Convenient, but the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with unchanged pillow covers and a poorly cleaned bathroom. The service was satisfactory, but there were no standout offerings. The dining experience, featuring Moroccan pancakes, was decent. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
